We are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new application process, starting in September 2025 for those applicants looking to joining us in September 2026. Our new online system is designed to provide a seamless experience, keeping both students and parents informed every step of the way.

External students are welcome to start their application now! This will register your interest in joining us.
We recommend applying with your most up-to-date predicted grades, as this helps us ensure the pathway you choose is the right fit for you.
Don’t worry if you’re not ready to submit everything at once — you can start your application and save it to complete later.
FAQ: I’m already a student at UTC Leeds — when should I apply?
All Year 11 students will receive their own login details and passwords for our application portal.
You’ll follow the same application process as external applicants, but please don’t create a new account — use the login provided to you.

FAQ: Is there a deadline for applications?
We strongly recommend that all students submit their applications by February to ensure the best chance of securing their preferred pathway. However, we continue to accept applications until September.
