Dear Year 13, may I first start off by saying we have missed you and hope you and your families are all healthy and well.
College will be open from 9:00am on Thursday 13 August to 12 noon for you to collect your exam results. College will however remain open after this if necessary to support any student who needs to go through University clearing or needs support with an apprenticeship or employment.
Refreshments will be available on the day and you will have the opportunity to chat to each other and members of staff.
We will require you to let us know your destination for September and contact details due to your UTC email address being closed down from 30 September 2020.
On the day:
- If you need help to go through University clearing, please speak to Paul Ellis in G07
- Our careers advisor Tracey Chapman will be in the careers area to support you with apprenticeships and employment
- Pauline Moore will be by the entry barriers to collect your destination and contact details before you leave.
If you cannot attend college on results day please can you let Alex Berry [email protected] and Amber Garland-Jones [email protected] know before results day. If this is the case we will contact you on results day and organise results to be sent to you.
If you choose to re-sit any of your exams then you must inform Alex Berry and Amber Garland-Jones by no later than Wednesday 19 August at noon. Any applications for resits after this date may not be successful. These exams will take place at UTC Leeds between 5 – 23 October 2020.
