Dear Year 11
May I first start off by saying we have missed you and hope you and your families are all healthy and well.
College will be open from 9:00am to 12pm on Thursday 20 August for you to collect your exam results.
Refreshments will be available on the day and you will have the opportunity to meet students and members of staff.
On the day:
- If you are joining our Sixth Form you will need to speak to Miss Barthorpe, Mr Copsey or Mr Ellis to confirm your place and subjects after you have collected your results.
- Mrs Moore will be by the entry barriers to collect your destination and contact details before you leave.
- If you have any concerns about your September destination, please speak to any members of staff who will direct you to the right person to support.
If you cannot attend college on results day please can you let Mr Berry [email protected] and Miss Garland-Jones [email protected] know before results day. If this is the case we will contact you on results day and organise results to be sent to you.
If you choose to re-sit any of your exams (except Maths or English) then you must inform Mr Berry and Miss Garland-Jones by Friday 4 September at noon. Any applications for re-sits after this date will not be successful. These exams will take place at UTC Leeds between 2 – 23 November 2020. If you wish to resit Maths and/or English, you must send this request formally to Mr Berry and Miss Garland-Jones by no later than noon on Wednesday 9 September. Any requests received after this date will be unsuccessful.
